While determining the age of children, the following will be considered as the basis:-
(a) Date of birth as mentioned in the birth certificate of the child issued by the hospital,
(b) If there is no date of birth as per clause (a), the date of birth mentioned in the birth registration certificate issued by the office of the local registrar,
(c) If there is no certificate as per clause (b), the date of birth mentioned in the character certificate of the school or the date of birth mentioned at the time of enrollment in the school,
(d) If there is no certificate as per clause (c) or date of birth, then the date mentioned in the age certificate from the hospital,
(e) If there is no certificate as per Clause (d), Janamkundali, China, note, age of the child as disclosed by parents, guardian or other family members or other related evidence.
